2. Payment Terms

2.2 Payment Security

2.3 Payment Failure

If your payment is declined (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card, fraud alerts), we will notify you via email. Your order (including any exclusive offers) will not be processed until successful payment is received. We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by payment failure.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Shipping Timeline

  • After order confirmation, we will process and ship your products within 1–3 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time from shipment is 6–12 business days to all destinations. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
  • All orders (including those qualifying for exclusive offers) receive free standard shipping—no minimum purchase is required.

3.2 Shipping Address Responsibility

  • You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for delayed, lost, or misdelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., undeliverable address, no one available to receive), the carrier may return the package to us. You may request a full refund (processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned package) or provide a corrected address for re-shipping (no additional fees apply).

3.3 Delivery Inspection

Upon receiving your package (including both purchased items and exclusive offer items, if eligible), inspect the products immediately for damage, defects, or discrepancies. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery if you notice any issues.

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Return Eligibility

  • You may return products for a refund within 60 days of delivery if: items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including tags, labels, boxes, and any included accessories); personalized products are only eligible if the personalization contains an error caused by us.
  • Exclusive offer items (received as part of a promotion) may be returned only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Returns for "change of mind" on free or promotional items are not accepted.

4.2 Return Process

  • Upon approval, we will send a return authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Ship the products to our address (listed in Section 8) with the RA number clearly marked. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4.3 Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect returned items (and confirm eligibility), we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider’s processing times.

  • If you order a product or qualify for an offer that becomes unavailable after submission, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund (excluding free offer items, which will not be replaced if unavailable).
